Just the other day, pdp chieftains and the governor's supporters shut down aba main park to celebrate the governor's victory at the supreme court in Abuja. Meanwhile, this mentally challenged man roam freely all over ogborhill, aba including the inner residential streets. How is this acceptable? If a corpse is abandoned on the road to rot, the authorities promptly dispose of it which is right. But to think of this public display of indecency as any less harmful is regrettable. Kids of all age, young women of all ages gaze upon this man as he noisily passes by drawing attention to himself. He even noticed me taking this picture and then struts toward me to make a proper pose. This has been going on for months. Do we not have LGCs?

What if he takes them off again? Since he has been roaming the streets like this for months and no one has done anything about it, I think OP posting his picture on NL isn't such a bad idea b/c maybe people will finally be moved to intervene or least get him off the streets for kids' sake. Just giving him clothes likely won't be enough b/c he will probably take them off again.
