Physical Allocation would be based on Subscriber’s readiness to start building construction. Plots left undeveloped 1 month after Allocation would be relocated further to the undeveloped parts. This is to encourage rapid development of the estate and discourage subscribers from leaving their plots fallow and unkempt without maintenance there by defacing the estate and posing health and security risks (snakes, mosquitoes, intruders) to residents of the estate. 12. WHAT IF I STILL WANT TO BE ALLOCATED AND TAKE POSSESSION OF MY PLOT BUT AM NOT READY TO COMMENCE BUILDING YET
In this case, you would be required to pay the sum of 50k for plot landscaping. Also, the plot would start accruing a monthly plot maintenance charge of N3k until when you are ready to commence development.
