The popular PH--ABA express road was shutdown earlier today by the youths of Rivers state led by Amb Sukubo Saraigbe Sukubo, in celebration of Rivers Golden Jubilee youth. The youths of Rivers state from all works of life , matched peacefully from artillery junction , down to civic centre , venue of the youth day celebration.
