8 plum tomato, one tablespoon ogiri ibo (d one that dey wee use for abasha and onubu), em onugbu leafys ok, (not washed) fresh aku or banga concentrating, 18 ata rodo

extract banga, blend tomaro and pepe to tik blending ok, mix with aku, add shikin and d stick seasoned with thyme curry and bay leaf onion then d bitter leavs wit the OGIGI and onion ok. Leave to simmer, add more curry to taste and serve with rice and jollof rice, moi moin and coleslaw dodo.
