What happened? Nineteen people were killed and 59 people had been treated in hospital after a blast in Manchester on Monday night, police said. A total of 60 ambulances attended the incident at Manchester Arena, where US popstar Ariana Grande was finishing a concert. It is unclear whether the explosion was caused by a bomb.
