Good Morning fellow NLders, I want to register a company with the CAC,
It's a poultry and fish farming business. but I am lost in which type to register as some of the options are!


1. Registration of private company with share capital of N1million or less

2. Registration of private company/Increase in Share Capital above N1million and up to N500million.

3. Registration of private company/Increase in share capital above N500million.

4. Registration of Company not having a share capital.

Please I really don't know the ideal type to register with as these options were culled from CAC website..
