Please can a 2 bedroom flat (i.e. 2 rooms en-suit , a living room kitchen and a store) enter a 50*50 feet plot of land with parking space for two cars?

A 4ft set back from the fence and the back. that leaves you with 46*46ft, the building sits on a 30ft length and a 24-26ft width. The left spaces should be okay for 2cars though there might be a need for a drive out for other car to move out...
