I saw his advert here on Nairaland and made payment for 1500 worth of data. he blocked me as soon as I made the payment.

this is not a matter of flat heads... am not a tribal bigot, it's just that this kind of scams affects legitimate online small businesses more.... I doubt if I can patronize a small online biz again

Tribal bigot or not, I have run 2 to 3 online stuff with flat heads and it all ended up in vain so don't blame me.

What u shld do is wen u get some of dis too gud to b true offers. General nairaland rule "If it's too gud to b true den chances are dat it's a scam" except u see 3 or more different ppl offering same. Try nd verify first especially here on nairaland.. D best way to do so is Google d fone number and d offer or search for the offer here in nairaland...

All I see is greed.

Please, not everyone is a scammer and not because someone in a certain tribe scammed you would mean all in the tribe are scammers. I deal in data also and all who have patronize me can vouch for my authenticity. Thank you. The only problem with the OP was greed, how can 5gb be 1500.
