Of what use or benefit is holding Uba in detention without charges to the Nigeria people and the rule of law? The beauty of democracy and the rule of law is that people are given the opportunity to be heard. I thought this government was to moved leadership to another level. Keeping him in detention and feeding Nigerians with sensational news is counter productive because not everyone is gullible. He has not denied that he sold the said petroleum product to Nigerians and neither has NNPC denied owing him fees. How many people on this platform has seen the agreement between capital oil and NNPC? Nigerians are tired of all this circus of detentions, court injunctions and counter court injunctions. This is a vivid picture of how some Nigerians are languishing in prisons across the country due to impunity of powers that be. Why are we such a confused set of people, who will not do things rightly. What will DSS get from him in the next 14 days which they couldn't get in the past 20 days or more. This is a business transaction gone bad.

Why must we twist everything around tribal and religious sentiments ?
In what area should Dangote be jealous of Ifeanyi Ubah who has not even made the Forbes list?
Don't get it twisted, I am a complete and original igbo man from Anambra State .I only believe it's high time we discarded our tribal and religious blindfolds and look at issues on their merit .
Ogwu ka ora m n'onu.

Thank you Bro. The same Ifeanyi Ubah who cant access credit from Nigerian banks, the same man who tried to defraud Coscharis of over $200m.

Does being an Igbo man give him the right to sell off national strategic fuel reserve ? People should be less emotional in some cases.
so who is using emotion and sentiment here if not u? did NNPC deny that they are not owing him? and have they filed any case against him? you don't just arrest and detain people without trial because you have the power to be lawless.

We the good people of Anambra state support the indefinite incarceration of Ifeanyi Ubah by the DSS. He is a thief and Anambra being the light of the nation have no regards for thieves.

He has accused NNPC of owing him, why can't he sue NNPC to pay? Why selling off Nigeria strategic fuel reserve in lieu of whatever he claimed he is been owed? What he has done is actually on the borderline of treason and sabotage but for Nigeria highly sensitive politico-social environment, he would be in very serious trouble if this was to be in other clime.

You claimed or alleged that I owe you 16b, you will still need to prove that with the relevant and duly acknowledged Invoices you issued and delivered to me, not going to the public to claim I owe you 16b
