What part of badagry are you talking abt? If the area falls between okoko and ijanikin, i will be interested.

I know for sure that Okoko is not in Badagry
Its in Ojo and Ijanikin falls under Oto- Awori.
Badagry starts from Mowo, Oko-Afor, Ibereko uptill Ajara.

The area falls right on the outskirts of Badagry town proper.
Its just along the new road constructed to lead to Badagry from the Badagry -Seme
expressway.
If you want land in Okoko, I know of one my client wants to buy
along the new constructed Igbo-Elerin road on the opposite of Okokomaiko.
There is also the State Government land scheme at Ijanikin known as the
Ijanikin Rose Garden though am not sure if it has not been fully allocated.
I can find out for you by next week if it is available or better still go the
state government website and check the name and no. of the scheme officer who
should able to let you know if the scheme is still selling or not.

The Ijanikin scheme is closed except if you dont mind paying for
re-allocation.

The other scheme at mosafejo-aradagun is also subscribed however
if you can pay afford to pay the full money for land, you can be assured
of getting a letter of allocation and confirmation as soon as you effect
payment to the state government but you make haste as its will soon
declared closed officially but there are still schemes available if you interested.
Just the lagos state website and click on the land ministry for further details.
