I just acquired a two plots of land and I am planning to build a 4 or 5 bedroom duplex that won't cost much .. I really don't know much about buildings .. please I am want to know how much I should be preparing to make this dream come true .

Depends on your location and taste.
On the average just have atleast N25mill on ground.
