Saudi and Nigeria are in different time zone and the moon is yet to be sighted in Nigeria and we have the committee responsible for declaring the commencement of Ramadan in Nigeria headed by Amir of Muslims in Nigeria the Sultan of Sokoto. Shabaan is not yet 30. That 2 hours difference means a lot can happen. If Saudi Government is responsible for announcement of Ramadan in Saudi Arabia then I will wait for the responsible body in Nigeria to do the same.

Yes I mean it was not. Islam does not start with Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him neither with Saudia Arabia nor with the Quran.

Musa, Jesus, Ibrahim, Adam were all Muslims even before Saudi Arabia. It can be found in both Qur'an and the Bible. The age of Islam is the same as Adam age.
