I have noted with trepidation the attitude of the sales attendants of Captain Cook bread outlets... They're perennially out of change and don't care turning back 20 customers in a row! ... They lack motivation... And the management puts them in a metal kiosk or cage at 32°C weather temperature! Above all the customer care numbers are all unavailable.... The initiative is great but execution is terribly poor... Especially the one's in Ado-Ekiti. |
