Pls does anyone know about the 'ruby on rails' web framework? I recently got an offer requesting particularly developer using this technology. Pls kindly shed light on this new framework and possibly links to resources -ebooks, tutorials, & interpreters- to kick start learning. RoR runs on ruby - try and familiarize yourself with Ruby - http://www.ruby-lang.org/en/

Visit amazon - do a search for Ruby on Rails and a couple of books will come up - get a good RoR book and get started. The documentation on RoR website is very useful as well.
