Abakpa Enugu is much more modern and comfortable to the large rusted parts of Ibadan. Those are just modern buildings that require a fresh coat of paint.

OP,wow am actually stunned never knew IB has upgraded so much.OP kindly assist a brother i think i will switch my plans to spend my annual leave to tour Ibadan by June and explore its beauty and history.. where is the main city center so i can lodge there and moreover if am to visit OAU as a tourist is it mandatory to get a pass as a visitor before i could tour the university......I might probably meet my soulmate in Ib..heard the ladies dia are well home trained and beautiful

U don't need any pass to visit OAU. OAU is a world u are free to explore..

Those flat heads only sees what they want to see in Ibadan, the rusted roof surely still in existence but presently not more than 30% of the whole land mass which are acient strenght of the city, while 70% are mordern sites with new structures.
