The National Open University, NOUN has postponed the Noun 16th Matriculation Ceremony Postponed and has Sets a New Date for the occasion of officially ushering the newly admitted students into the University.

The management of National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) hereby wishes to inform the newly admitted students, their sponsors/parents, well wishers as well as members of the general public of the new development that 16th Matriculation Ceremony of the university has been postponed and a new date has been scheduled for Saturday 3rd September, 2016.

NOUN matriculation ceremony that was earlier scheduled for Saturday 3rd September, 2016, has been shifted toSaturday the 27th of May, 2017.The 16th Matriculation Ceremony of the National Open University of Nigeria will hold in all Study Centres acrossthe Federation.All prospective students are advised to conclude all registration processes ahead of the Ceremony.
