How can I be surprised.

Am not surprised the top 6 states are all in the south, two from each geo-political zone in the south.

While the south glories in education, the main concern of the northern states is to increase the number of Al-Qaeda training centres as recently shown by Tambuwal of Sokoto.

The irony is that, when it comes to appointments, the northern states get the lion's share.

With this, why should Nigeria not be structured? For how long will a region hold us all in captivity?
