My Samsung LED TV monitor develop fault. When on, the screen will just show white but no picture. if u change station, it will change, and u will hear the sound of program on the channel but no picture. what could be the fault. i suspect, either picture board or picture IC. please help me. what do u think is the fault. |

White screen, is never a good thing.
