Are you sure the tooth was completely removed, are the gums completely healed over the socket or is there still some pinpoint wounds on the gum?

Possibly it was a difficult extraction, and the dentist only chopped of the Crown, leaving the root insitu.

Take your soldiers to the dentist surgery and go show them you are a true warlord24.......

Visit another dentist for consultation......

If there is still an open wound on the extraction site after all this time it implies that the tooth wasn't completely removed and might be the reason for the pain, I'll suggest seeing a Dentist and verifying..possibly with an X-ray for removal of the root..
If I may ask,was it difficult Extracting the tooth?

now am feeling some pains.. normally in da afternoon i be feeling lik just 5% of da pain but at night anyting 1am down to 5am when cold is massive.. i be feeling 90% pains

Are u scared of visiting a dentist surgery? Nairaland would never reduce the pain permanently...
If you want temporary solution, keep seeking remedies on nairaland.
If you want a permanent solution, visit a proper dentist....

You'll need an X-ray to confirm what's going on,it's also possible another tooth might be the culprit, see a Dentist..
