A good friend of mine in the UK called yesterday seeking a plot of land in Magodo(village) not the Government scheme and not the ones along the gorge. He is ready to start building in few months. Any serious prospect  Pls no 419(I will contract lawyer to do the search) |

Guys, His budget is between N3.5m/N4m and thats why we are not asking for the Govt scheme part of it.We know it wil be quite expensive.His intention is to get the land and complete the house in about 6 months so you can understand the cash constraint. Please note that he needs the Magodo Phase 1 in Isheri and not the Shangisha one(too much money one).He would not mind buying an old building,demolishing it and constructing on it. We would contact any genuine agent and will pay immediately the genuiness is confirmed. |
