The Moribund Etymology of a Sobbing Green Flag: (Two shillings and a white flag)

When you reach at the roaches tomb, everything are daffodil shade; a world sewn for the lost stuck in a five-bar gate. These were the pendulum thoughts of many Nigerians pushed in a buffalo swing. There is no spear for the tiger's tail, no gold dust in Mpape hills but in a doleful threnody that picks a whole life in a dyed coil. A Nigerian child is living life in spirals and unsolicited such that even the grown ups are distorted on a fence. And when there is no dream, there is war as the opium pedlars takes to the street in their placards. But in the Nigerian setting, when there is two shillings, there is a white flag. Some don't need a line to be drawn or designed because the visions are fogbound. when u wake up in Nigeria, you are no longer an Olive Twist but you only live to digest the smell of akara, but cannot trace the dessert aroma to a place in Buhari's kitchen.

Nigeria is a weaverbird. We are victims in a juggernaut going for a feudal folklore. we all know that the writings of feudalization has come in white caps, Two shillings for a breakfast, a white flag to arrest starvation. A bowl of pap and corn flakes without calcium and evaporated milk we are sure could be no where repeating the cultural cycle of a long treasured aged great grandparents in our villages anymore only if the villages are still preserved as what it used to be without a dose of the regular African setting cosmopolitan life style as the best yoghurt I know till date still comes from Germany. Hope the farming bird fly high enough and sings far and wide to bring home two shillings and a white flag.
