Miyan busheshen kubewa is a very tasty soup, what i will call the dried fashion of okra recipe. It is a simple tasty delicacy common to Northern Nigeria (Hausas) which can be prepared with or without any vegetable. If you haven't eaten this soup before, it means then that there are lots of Nigerian dishes you are yet to taste or haven't kown yet. When preparing miyan busheshen kubewa, it is important to garnish it with Uziza leaf or maybe with bitter leaf, however, uzizia is a peppery herb that adds lots of aromatic flavour to many Nigerian soup. this soup is best prepared with assorted meat and served with either tuwo shinkafa or masara. below is the ingredients for preparing Miyan busheshen kubewa.

Ingredients for preparing busheshen miyan kubewa (dried okra soup)

• 6 teaspoons of grinded okro (Busheshen miyan kubewa)
• ½ kilo Assorted meat- cow hide, liver, towel, intestine and goat meat (kaiyanchiki de Namaa-akuya)
• 2 cooking spoons palm oil (Mai ja)
• A handful uziza leaves and bitter leaves
• 5 pieces smoked fish (Busheshen kifi)
• 3 teaspoons grinded crayfish
• 5 Pieces fresh pepper (Burkunu)
• 1 Ball onion (Albasa)
• 2 Pieces caked locust beans (Dawadawa). I used okpei.
• 4 Seasoning cube (Maggi)
• Salt to taste (Gishiri)
