please i need some help. i have been invited by Unity bank for an interview wat should i expect i hear they have been inviting people before now!

well personally i would advice you to forget about applying there cos of all the 25banks that is the most UNLESS, believe me, it was the merging up of really useless banks that brought about the bank>>
ok do me this favour and check the board of directors,the chairman and tha list of the banks sorry!! types of banks that made up unity,

What do u mean?
Unity Bank spent their time and energy and conducted tests;now they have called ppl 4 interview and u r discouraging the guy not to go for it?
Who do u think will loose if they are not serious about the interview? Not the applicants but the Banks themselves. Whether they were made up of one million other banks, the fact is that they are one of the existing banks right now. i dont think u have more knowledge about what is the state of their affairs than Soludo wh granted them their operatinf license. Not every bank will be like UBA,Zenith or First Bank. If they are mega banks then they shld be smaller ones. Not every bank as a matter of fact shld even aspire to be big.

Nobody shld be discouraged by anybody. Its ur chance; take it. If it works out fine then good, if not them u have moved forward.

Ezeking, "men" i love the way you addressed that issue, it's guys like you we need to make things happen rightly. though i passed the test and i was called,but if i tell you the series of test i've written before i got this one;I belieive the other guy would face this one squarely.

Eze that was a very good and mature response, and SOPE i dont know where u work but do u know that one needs to start from somewhere cos Rome was not built in a day and unity bank does not look the way u painted it.
