After completion of your degree program in your course of study u still need certification to really prove u have gone from formal and practical learning even though u are self taught or a computer science graduate .

It make recruiters to have a assurance that you are the one for the job and a path to professionalism. Imagine u interviewing a person about his skill set to work in a notable company and there is no certification from NIIT or any training institutions they might skip the curriculum vitae.

Certification is like a badge that prove your worth from first impression. Certification helps employers evaluate potential new hires, analyze job performance, evaluate employees, select contractors, market services, and motivate employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Without certification some freelance job can be gotten but the roadmap to professionalism is certification and skills acquisition .
