IT'S THE 7TH OF JUNE
Remembering Dr Dora Nkem Akunyili, perhaps the best known Director General of National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) of Nigeria . She died, 7th of June, 2014.

During her time as the honourable Minister Of Information during Yar'Adua's administration , she came up with the : "Good People, Good Nation" slogan .
Above all, when the time came, she boldly spoke out against the govt . It is said that she was the only one who did not sell her conscience for the proverbial pot of soup. She openly condemned the cabal, shrouding the president's state of health in secrecy.

NAFDAC became weak after she left.
