Good and stable health is God's heritage for us His children, 1st John 1:2. If you are sick, there is provision in our redemption package in Christ Jesus, for your healing. Beyond that, God wants us healthy, sound in mind and strong in body. Believe God's Word for your healing and healthy life. Have regular medical check up to know your health status. Take your medication properly to remain alive, so as to develop your faith in God's Word for your divine healing. Watch against things that can affect your health. Eat well, take proper rest, don't over stress your body. Confess God's promises on healing and health into your body. Stop speaking aches, pains, diseases and sicknesses into your body. Read Christian books, listen to messages and watch video on healings and health. Put your faith to work by resisting sicknesses from your body. You and I will remain healthy, in Jesus Name.
