hi, I cannot get sleep at night even after taking super appeti and all other sleep stimulating drugs, they used to work for me now they don't anymore.
please help, I have a really really mad headache from not being able to sleep for 2 nights.

Been having insomnia for the past three years now.

Do you know how to stop your brain from thinking?. You need water, and also shut your brain from thinking. It will work baby.

when last did you check your blood pressure. you cant ignore the fact that this is becoming more prevalent in our society among the young population this days. that may not be the cause anyway. i understand how you feel as regards your condition of not been able to sleep while others are asleep. you can mail lightbroadway@gmail.com for possible help and solutions

well dear, I think u think alot and maybe u have a problem dat u are hiding within urself. maybe u should share ur every problem with a friend or family just to free ur mind from those thoughts. cus I think u are way too young to suffer from this.

I used to be like you... few months ago was worse, I stayed awake all night for a whole week... something is eating u up, find it...

if you feel you are worry free, try drinking warm yoghurt at night then read a boring book on your bed
