Thank you op, i'd wanted to post this but am grateful someone else did, and bigg ups to the other ops that posted too.

This is why we should not only think security but also build for security.



The gate should be automatic open and close type, that can swing/slam with force if activated from the security post, which should have an intercom located at the gate but connected to the security post;

The gateman/security people should all have two way radios;

The cameras in that particular bank for outside alone should be up to 16(easily visible/not easily visible) - they should give a real time 360deg view that can be viewed remotely and locally(at the location);

The security team(uniform/not) should have daily plans like make rounds on the premise and just outside the premise for observation in addition to observing the cameras. One goes around the premise, another should be watching the cctv, another two undercover armed ones are also watching the cctvs, while a visible unarmed one is controlling the human traffic in the bank, while another one is verifying ids and searching at the small gate.

At the end of the day, God na baba. Man just gat caution dem moves. Three years ago, Me, my bros, cousins, and friend or two, brain storm a humanly affordable security system, which are different and which we specialize in too; anyways, we brain storm the thing, buy the necessary equipments, and installed them; eight months later, our equipment and strategies were put to the test, where about 7 mumu boys, some well armed come test us, lets just say by the end of the show, after the police dun arrive, 2 dead, one injured, four escape but with enough help for the investigators due to our various installed equipments.

Is not easy or cheap to set up these things, which we specialize in, but if you can, please do. And a correct govt will know that survival instinctual people can take it out of hand and start using lasers for even trespassers and many other strategies. A correct govt, will make laws against those types of strategies. And a correct govt knows that these things are expensive and dependent on power supply, so they alleviate it. It is difficult to run a business in Nigeria due to lack of govt regulations and finances.

In this incident, the armed robbers car was outside to the right but out of view, then when the honda came in the gate, they reversed for a few seconds, as if to confirm their target or load their guns, before proceeding to the gate.

Kudos, to that security guy that blasted that fool, but you need keep practicing on your shots, because you could have taken out the dead fool, the one exchanging with you, and the driver for sure even without the before knowledge of a cctv. I still salute your effort in the heat of the matter.

bro who no come no go know...it seems his ak 47 was on repid fire mode and the magazine exhausts in less than a minute,he shouldn't remain on that spot after his ammunition is exhausted.besides I'm not sure he died or was even hit.
