Anyone have an idea of how much a plot of land is going for in Akobo and Eleyele area.or any location
Is it possible to get a plot under 300,000 naira in both areas.

I highly doubt that you can get any legit land in Ibadan for N300,000 but at least not in Eleyele. Akobo I'm also certain that you can't find also.

You are right! It is difficult to get land in such areas with that amount. Bt there are other places. If you are interested in getting land at Onidundu(25minutes from Ojoo) at #350k, contact: 07069502873.

Standard plot no.
2m by 5m plot, sure.
Rent of 3 BR flat per annum is about that price in those areas.
