Impressive. A+ to the builder. He could have scored bigger if he has done some extra little work on the landscaping, but the architecture and cocept is worth commending. Though he doesnt really get the thing with form and space, but still, great job. And 70 milly? Haba na wetin happen  |

@assog Thanks for the compliment. The owner was not yet through with the landscaping and actually planned on fixing interlocking blocks on the floor before changing his mind to sell the place. He actually built it to his taste for occupation before deciding to sell. As you can see, it has never been occupied before. As per price, a plot of land in that estate goes for between N16 - N18m, it the property occupies 4 plots alreay. Infact the property was actually valued by estate surveyor for N300m but the owner is willing to let it go for N70m or something close to it. For the property and location, I dont think it too much a price. |
