Interesting list....the way some things are written I don't agree with...like using "exercise" as a way to gain weight. But that would defeat the purpose of exercising in order to lose weight....which is the main purpose. One doesn't want to exercise in order to get hungry and go back and eat afterwards.
It should've stated that weight-training builds muscle which adds more pounds to the body...

Anyhow,
I wanted to add two things that help people gain weight:
Coconut butter
Cashew butter

You can run shredded dry coconut through a juicer....and it turns into a smooth "butter" like substance. Store in mason jars.
The same thing for cashews...run through a juicer.
Since they have natural oils in them, it allows for the creamy texture. However, they do solidify sometimes and only need to be heated in a small pan of water....to regain smoothness.
