Anger is an intense emotional response to a perceived provocation, hurt or threat. Anger can occur when a person feels their personal boundaries are being or going to be violated.

Anger is a natural intense emotion.

Mild forms of Anger : it includes displeasure, irritation or dislike. Anger comes as a reaction to criticism, threat, sadness, lonely or frightened.

When anger turns into rage, it can impair judgement and thinking, making people more likely to do and say unreasonable and irrational things.

Anger is a normal human emotion, but when it gets out of control, it can become destructive, leading to serious problem at work and in personal relationships. It can undermine a person’s quality of life.
