First of all, what's up with the age? Maybe it's a Nigerian thing but I find it nonsensical. I would consider removing it.

Without wishing to sound obnoxious, i am not seeing any education here...u simply educating us on your phone number...

This is a duplex, it should come with more detailed write-ups, there are no write-ups describing the construction method & stage progression....What are the sizes of your column base?

What is it with the age? to me it is childish...27 executing construction works isn't something extraordinary....
