Recently Nigerian Electricity regulatory Commission mandated customers who have not been given prepaid meter to stop paying for electricity bill and gave conditions before you can pay. They also directed you on what to do if you are disconnected for refusing to pay.

since this directive came out...PHCN kuku came remove their phcn poles and left my zone because only few homes here have prepaid meters

Dawn serious sir, by now we had steady light but since that directive surfaced days ago again, they came into the estate, fondled with the transformer and left since Saturday last week no light till now

The only people that will stop paying bills are the MD customers not the residential customers. If you like no pay, na to carry your wires go office
