Praying while you take the place of God in people's lives ( Pastors take note )
Praying for God to bless STOLEN TITHES and OFFERINGS which he never commanded
Praying for fire to come down and consume your enemies
Praying for God to destroy your enemies
Praying while tormenting or torturing your wife and children
Praying when you have abandoned your children and they are suffering
Praying while you are lazy and refuse to earn an honest days work


Bottom line is that God will never hear your prayers if you are an evil man or woman - NEVER.

Except you repent from your wickedness.

True. Very true...but remember we are living under grace and there is no small sin or big sin.

A sinner who steals 5million naira is as guilty as a sinner who steals 5naira in the sight of God.

God answers prayers not because we are sinless or perfect-nobody is, we are all heading for perfection. God answers prayers because we are under grace, and He loves us as a father loves his children.
God doesn't listen to prayers of unbelievers-yes, because they are not under grace and they are not His children. So i presume, you are referring to non-believers and for them to be saved so God can hear their prayers
