---..#Should I?..---


should I be happy? Or should I be sad?
Now that I made it through the obstacles that stood before me, should I be glad?
Should I loosen the grip on my sanity? Should I be mad?
All these questions bordering around the realm of my reasoning, how should I react?/

should I complain? would that be smart?
nd I feel like no one is even listening to me, should I re-ask?
Should I treat my thoughts like the paws of a cat? Should I retract em?
Buh that'll mean taking back my words, question is
Will they take me back, when??/

And the things I say, should I be amazed?/
cos we live in a world where nothing is certain, should I be afraid?/
Its hard to keep track of the steps you take when you've set ur legs ablaze/
Tryna keep that fire burning inside, but check again, it could be ur mind at stake/

You hurt the ones you love, they say its part the sacrifice you have to make/
nd the hearts you break, twice the price you have to pay/
For the money iis always the groom and the hunger is not the type of bride to play/
if ah were to be a man of God, what's the sign that I'll be the type to cast my vice away?/

So many questions, nd not too many options to choose from/
Feels like i'm on the road to success, halfway innit.. ma mind s already set on making a U-turn?/
So should I be afraid? That I might never let go of my fears nd thus forfeit the glory that lies ahead?
For this, I'm inclined to show concern. the river of failure is simply too deep for the soul to survive abreast/ !

so herein lies my dilemma, my lover and best friend/
one whose solution z still light years from existence, a bummer unending/
Herein lies my predicament, ambiguous and colossal/
With a big ring to it, ah even got my finger stretched out for a proposal/

herein lies my heart, troubled and dishelved/
too tired nd weakened from the tantrums its withheld/
herein lies my soul, pessimistic and mundane/
Largely suppressed by the hatred its obtained/

Herein lies my spirit, brought down by the weight on the cross/
Herein lies all my questions, unanswered..they too have become my pain nd my curse!!..

Its quite good. You might want to use line breaks instead of / when ending a stanza. All in all, I like the flow
