Shehu Bello-Olayinka The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission have arraigned four staffs of the Federal College of Education, (Technical) Gusau before Justice A. A. Aderemi of the Oyo State High Court sitting in Ibadan on a 5-count charge bordering on conspiracy, stealing and forgery. The accused are, former Deputy Provost, Dr. Mamman A.
