I recharged my phone using UBA's recharge short code. The transaction didn't go through but they went ahead to deduct my money. I went to their branch to report and they said it was a deduction for a transaction I made some months back,a transaction that never went through!!! This is the second time this incident is happening. Please,is there anyone else with such experience?? How did you handle it??
