We are looking for an agile and proactive Associate Consultant to join our fast growing team. This position offers room for exponential growth within the organization.

SUMMARY

Under the supervision of the Principal Consultant, the associate consultant will support in business development, business analysis/advisory and project management for the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES

Support lead consultants on client projects.
Identify clients’ needs and develop future plans. Present solutions and recommendations to clients and other stakeholders.
Prospecting, Identifying and generating new business and generating additional business (retainership) from existing clients.
Perform administrative tasks in a time sensitive manner.
Research; providing clients (present and prospective) with powerful facts and analysis that outline solutions and gives incredible value.
Assist in Training Administration.
Other duties as assigned by management.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

- A first degree in Business Administration or related field.

- At least 2 years experience in business, consulting and supporting project management plans.

- A Masters Degree will be an added advantage

- Strong Organizational and Project Management skills

- Excellent analytical skills and financial modeling experience.

- Strong commitment and work ethics.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Advanced use of Microsoft office suite.
