An Igbo Delegate Assembly comprising of Igbo Leaders from the 19 Northern States and the FCT, Tuesday, paid a courtesy visit to Governor Nasir El-Rufai at the Kaduna state Government House.

The President of the Igbo Delegate Assembly thanked the Federal Government, the Kaduna State Government and the Northern governors for calming the situation after a group of Northern Youths gave an ultimatum to Igbos to leave the North.

They also commended El-Rufai for his leadership qualities and clearly stated that they do not support the division of Nigeria. El-Rufai assured them on behalf of the Northern Governors that everyone was safe in the North.
