Babatunde Fashola, the minister of works, power and housing and Senate president Bukola Saraki among others are currently in Saudi Arabia for the lesser hajj.

We also gathered that the deputy speaker of the Lagos state House of Assembly Wasiu Eshinlokun and a member of Lagos legislature Sikiru Oshinowo paid Fashola a courtesy visit in Mecca on Thursday, June 22.

On his own part, Saraki is reported to have been in the Muslim Holy City for about three days while Senator Ashafa also joined Fashola for a picture in Mecca.
