Job Description
Successful candidates is required to be able to prepare as well as know about Continental food including Chinese, Mexican and/or Italians and to cook various continental dishes as required.
Should also have the ability to make various pastries and bake.
Qualifications/Requirements
Experience in similar role in the hospitality industry with at least 2-5 years of work experience would be an advantage.
Have a good knowledge on how to service guests professionally and efficiently.
Should have ability to communicate in English.
Job Title: Bushbar Cook/Chef
Location: Lagos
Job Description
Successful candidates should be able to prepare local sides or appetizers like Isi Ewu, pepper soup, Nkwobi, Ugba, Cow leg, Snails, Asun and other local dishes as assigned by the head of the Food & Beverage unit.
