Delta PDP In Disarray As Ibori, Uduaghan, Igbuya, Others Boycott Delta Central Mega Rally Reports that ex-Governor of Delta State, Chief James Onanefe Ibori, immediate past Governor, Dr. Emmanuel Eweta Uduaghan and erstwhile Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Monday Igbuya have concluded plans to dump Okowa and the PDP may be true after all as they shunned the Delta Central PDP rally in Sapele on Friday, 23 June 2017. According to an inside source who pleaded anonymity, Ibori as well as Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan, Rt. Hon. Monday Igbuya and Hon.
