He made 274 appearances as a goalkeeper for Vitoria Setubal and Belenenses in the Portuguese League between 1955 and 1974. The coffin was covered with the flag of Setubal Vitoria. Manchester United boss, Jose Mourinho took active part in the burial of his father, Felix,79, in Setabul on Tuesday. Jose Mourinho joined the undertakers who carried the coffin of his late dad into the church for funeral rites in Setubal, Portugal. The late Felix Mourinho died on Sunday after a sickness he has been battling with simce this year 2017. He made 274 appearances as a goalkeeper for Vitoria Setubal and Belenenses in the Portuguese League between 1955 and 1974. The late goalkeeper earned one international cap for Portugal as a late substitute against the Republic of Ireland in 1972. Mourinho Felix then became a coach with a number of clubs including Uniao Leiria, Amora, Rio Ave, Belenenses and Vitoria. The country’s football federation sent “the most heartfelt condolences to Mourinho and the rest of the bereaved family.” United also extended their condolences on their official website.
