The Anglican Communion, Enugu state Diocese, has called on President Muhammadu Buhari to resign, due to his health challenges. According to the Church, the President has been away for a long time, and his absence has hindered the growth of the nation. Clergy from the Enugu Diocese made this known in a communiqué issued during its 16th Synod which was held at the Christ Redemption Church, Ogui –Nike. The Church called on the Federal Government to release the findings of the Yemi Osinbajo panel inaugurated to investigate the funds found in an apartment in Ikoyi Towers. It also asked that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) should ensure that investigation of corruption cases are concluded before going to the media.
