1: Diary products
Diary products contain calcium and vitamin D , vital for supporting the bones and badly functions of the baby and mother.
Those who are sensitive to lactose can eat Greek yogurt , which also contains friendly bacteria. Supplements with probiotics (friendly bacteria) can eat protect against gestational diabetes preeclampsia , infections , allergic disease and prevent excessive weight gain during pregnancy

2: Eggs
It is recommended that Pregnant women consume about 450mg of choline a day . One egg contains about 133mg of choline or 25% DV of Choline . Choline plays a critical role during fetal development , it helps build a strong and healthy spinal cord and may be responsible for memory function throughout the baby's life .

3: Sweet Potatoes
