for 1k i will register a PayPal account that can received and make payments, an account that can be operated on your Nigeria ip, linked to your access Bank account, or payoneer card and easy to restore when limited so far you're using it for legit business. the account will be registered in your real details and can be used to send and received payments without even adding a card.

I'll also give you PayPal tips to avoid limitations.

of course it is, I had opened several PayPal account for people and they're running it without any problem, meanwhile I have my own 4years old PayPal account with no issue.
