First, the battery (4500 mAh) lasts longer than that of Hot 4 (4000 mAh) and it is faster than Hot 4 - Octacore processor for Note 3 Pro vs. Quadcore processor for Hot 4. There are a few other reasons tho.... but for me, I prefer the Note 3 Pro.
