Liverpool produced another under-par performance and dropped two more points as they were held to a goalless draw by Wolves and that was clearly a must-win game for them.Just as their fans started hoping the Tottenham win would help the team kick-start their season, the Reds failed to beat Wolves at Molineux and are now again in a difficult position. Rafa Benitez’s side are now three points adrift of Tottenham but with Villa and City having two games in hand, their actual position is somewhere around 7th place. Bolton have been showing some potential even before Owen Coyle arrived to the club but the players were unable to show all their qualities in the long-ball tactics Gary Megson kept insisting on. The games against Arsenal and Burnley showed that this team have quality and that they don’t belong in the danger zone, out of which they should escape in no time if they continue playing this way. ya somehow , the Reds got their act together and beat Bolton , However, i believe that the clog in the wheel is that Aston Villa got an away win at Fulham and Manchester City is likely to beat Portsmouth given that they have an outstandiing game, thus the reds still got a lot to do,
