Hi everyone I really need advice on my application . I have returned to Nigeria to reapply in order to rejoin my wife. We are legally married (Southwark council). I was brought to the UK when I was 13 with my dad (both parent have past away) but my application was refused 3 times so am class an overstayer. We meet all the requirements *Met *Married *Financial *Accommodation. My lawyer have submitted all the documents in Sheffield My main concern is the overstaying. Am really scared ma. I just want to know if that will be a big problem for me. I also returned voluntarily. Did biometric 8th of June 2017 at VI. They have received the supporting documents 9th June 2017. Confirmed bro email. Waiting is excruciating please pray for me |
